Our State of the Art Equipment

Our highly trained, experienced craftsmen use the most advanced glass and mirror machinery to create the highest quality products.

CNC Machine

CNC stands for Computer Numerical Control.  This is a machine that uses computer guidance to give precision and accuracy in all aspects of cutting, edging, beveling, hole drilling and engraving.  What does this mean?  We can produce the highest quality product, one piece or one hundred, to your exacting requirements.

Flat Polished Edger

This is a straight-line edging machine that produces a flat edge profile with chamfers on each long side. This is more common on heavier glass, but can be utilized on ¼” glass as well.

Pencil Polished Edger

Pencil edges are slightly rounded and are more common with ¼” glass.

Radius Beveler

This machine is capable of producing various radius bevels from ½” up to 1 ½” wide for a variety of shapes and sizes.

Radius Polisher

The Radius Polisher finishes what the Radius Beveler starts, putting a crystal look finished edge on all products that come through it.

Straight Line Beveler

A bevel is an edging that is cut into the edge surface to provide a crystal appearance.  Our machine is capable of bevel widths from ½” up to 1 ½” wide and can be applied to different thicknesses of glass.

Hole Driller

Our hole driller cuts from underneath the glass as well as the surface.  This process gives you the best and cleanest hole cut available

Glass Sandblaster

Our sandblaster is one of the highest production sandblasters made.  It boasts five blast-heads to provide an even and consistent blast finish.  It can be set up for high scale commercial jobs or fine quality artistic applications.

Glass Washer

Beveling, blasting, and etching are messy processes, which is why we utilize this vertical glass washing machine for post-process wash, rinse, and drying.
